5695 Form-

So I filed my taxes thru TT and approved on February 19th. beginning to see lots of people in same boat- approved but no refund year for the Residential Energy Credit.

Everything was good and no errors etc when I filed. I just decided to do an update and re-open my tax forms and now it says/shows errors- NOT done for my form 5695.

SO- QUESTION- do I complete it and then what do I do?

DO I need to do an AMENDMENT?

What should I do?

Cuz right now- its holding my personal and energy credit refund hostage- an I really need both.

Suggestions.

5695 Form-

Wait!  IRS will contact you when your return is processed.  If your return has been accepted by the IRS, TurboTax is no longer involved in processing.  All inquiries must be made to the IRS.

No Amendments are needed based on re-opening an already-filed return with TurboTax.

You should open an IRS Online Account to monitor your activity on accounts.
