2024 (2023) TAX HELP REFUND (HELP!)

Okay i need some sort of clarification… so i filed my taxes 02/29 with TT and was told that i would be getting them 03/21. i never got them so i called the irs and they said that they mailed out a 4883c 03/15… i still haven’t received the letter. my status says “action required” im just not sure what to do. i’m relying on this money and this is putting me and my family in a crappy spot! every time i call they are no help or have different things to say each time

That letter will say the IRS is awaiting your action.

you can visit the nearest IRS  Taxpayer Assistance Center to see if you can get your refund on track.

bring a copy of your tax return and two forms of ID.

You can also make an appointment which may be better than just showing up.
