2021 Refund not applied to 2022 Estimated tax payments

I opted to have my 2021 Federal and State Refunds applied to 2022 Estimated Tax Payments.

Half of my State refund was paid on 4/18/2022 - the other half is missing.

Nothing from my Federal refund was paid.

I set up an account on IRS.gov to check - nothing was there.

I am missing ALL of my Federal Refund and half of my State refund.

Please help.

If you are missing your federal refund, you would need to click here to contact the IRS.

If you are missing your state, please click here and then select your state to contact them. They will have information on where the refund is.
