2021 Line 25b issue and letter from IRS!!!

I have no idea where the amount came from online 25B. I don't know if there was a glitch in the downloadable program or what, But now I have to provide information to the IRS which will hold up my return. The only income we had was our taxed Social Security for each of us, his 1099R and my 1099MISC which had no tax taken out. We are over 65. Our Social Security had taxes taken out and it doesn't equal the amount that shows up on that line. I double checked all the figures, but when I saw the 1040 form with this 25B amount, I got really confused. So does anyone know if there was a glitch?
