2020 tax returns missing from TurboTax online

I used the web version of TurboTax for several years and can download my federal and state returns for all of those years except for 2020. For 2020, the ".tax" file can be downloaded, but the pdfs of the returns are not available. Part of what I paid for was the ability to download copies of my returns in the future.
