2019 Taxes still in processing after 12 weeks

When i submitted my taxes January 29 2019 I had a defaulted student loan that required me to submit a Injured spouse with it Electronically so my wife would get her refund back at least. 2 weeks after i submitted my taxes the defaulted student loan was moved into an account with Navient. So my taxes were not going to be offset any longer. It's now April 27th 2020 and my status still shows processing on IRS website and the IRS is not taking phone calls. I know it could take up to 11 weeks to process after submitting a injured spouse form. Should i amend my return or just leave it as is?
