2019 taxes.filed a return but had not yet received a form from employer for a lease/purchase truck I had for 4 weeks. I have to amend return. Help?

I have all 4 settlements for this and most can be deducted. Any advise?

It depends.   The following will be information necessary to amend your 2019 tax return, however the statute of limitations for any refund expires April 15, 2023 or two years after any tax due was paid whichever is later.
