2019 e-file rejection

I am trying to e-file this years tax return (both federal and state).  They have rejected at least three times because of the adjusted gross income for 2018.  The 2018 federal return was mailed to the IRS on March 31, 2020.  I believe it is because of this that the e-file is rejecting.  What can be done to make the 2019 return go through when I e-file it.  I need it to accept because the federal government stimulus checks are starting to go out and it has my direct deposit information on it.  Please help!

Enter -0- for the 2018 AGI.  This is the way to handle a return that is filed after the due date when trying to electronically file the next year.
