Where my refund

Why is it taking so long too get my refund back I've been waiting for a month in a half now and nothing not even I call the IRS and turbo tax and can never get any information on why I'm not getting my refund yet is all this just a scam what the heck I never had this problem why now

If your return was accepted, then you will need to contact the IRS to inquire about their processing of your return. 800-829-1040
