Tax Refund Suspended

IRS IS USELESS!!!!
I e-Filed my taxes end of Jan, my taxes were accepted Feb 8th and It’s now April 4th and I haven’t received my refund??? I ha e Called the IRS so many times now and they can’t tell me what’s holding them up. I’ve gotten multiple different answers. “Your Taxes were Rejected”, “They are Suspended” “There is nothing wrong on your end”, “We Don’t Know what’s holding your Refund”.... and on and on.... the never ending loop!
Finally they referred me, and I have a Tax Advocate case worker, but I can never get ahold of her it’s been two weeks since I heard from her. I left multiple messages and called her Manager.. nothing... I Need my Refund to pay my wife’s medical bills.. please give me some GOOD Advice.
