Hello, I have income from K-1 form for a project in new york city ( I invested $ in that project), but I don't live in new york at all. In this case, do I have to file NY income tax return? Thanks!

If the partnership did not provide with you with a NY K-1, or if there are no comments in the K-1 statements showing NY income taxable to non-residents, then you do not have a NY filing requirement for that K-1.
