how to count personal days for vacation rental

Do you count days NOT available for rent as personal days, example I rent 6 months the other 6 months I do not make available for rent, however I do not ( or family ) use it every day of the 6 months, for example of the 6 months not available for rent ( about 180 days ) I use it 82 days, is personal days 82 or 180?

Your personal use days would be 82. It is the number of days that you or family members personal used the rental space.
