My Federal Return

I cannot complete returns because you say the control number (d) on my W2 is incorrect. Therefore, I cannot complete either my Federal or State returns, nor will you allow me to print them so I can mail them myself.

You don't need the control number at all. If you have errors, then try entering numbers in this format: 12345 67890- 5 numbers, space, 5 numbers. If you imported the W-2 then delete the form and enter manually. W-2's are a quick entry form.
