I was unemployed for the entire year of 2018. I have 2 kids, 1 is 22 years old and receives a monthly SSA check and also works part-time. I want to know if my 22 year old son can claim myself and my other child as a dependent on taxes this year since he is the only one with reportable income? Thanks for your help in advance.

See the link below for claiming a relative as a dependent. There are a number of conditions to be met for anyone to claim you as their dependent. But you can also have your son try adding you as a dependent in the software, and answering the questions.
Can I claim my relative as a Dependent?
did your son provide more than half your living support (think rent, food, clothing, etc); if no , he can't deduct you
did YOU earn less than $4,150? if no, he can't deduct you
there are some other technical rules about citizenship and residency
assuming you could be claimed as his dependent, it would be for the $500 CREDIT for other dependents as there are no longer 'deductions' under the new tax law for dependents
note that 're-portable income' isn't the key test - it's 'support'. so for example, even though you didn't work, you paid all the rent and food from savings, then you probably provided more than 50% 'support' so he could not claim a credit for you (or your other son)
Thank you for this link, I really appreciate it.
