TurboTax doesn't keep its promise

When you need them they're not there to solve your problem you're supposed to solve it on your own I'm a 64 year old handicap man that was depending on their services and they couldn't solve my problem I wanted it to be e-filed and now I have to download it make my way to the store and have it copied then put it in a envelope and then go to the Post Office and mail it what did I pay them for I thought I paid him to do my taxes

What e-filing issues did you encounter? There are individual return instances where e-filing may not be an option to all taxpayers. Mailing is the only option available to all taxpayers.
