Massachusetts Resident Income Tax Return - Health Care Penalty

I found something wrong on Massachusetts State's Return. I answered the questions of my health insurance. And TurboTax told me based on your situation, the penalty has been waived. But, it still show up on 2017 Form 1, pg. 3.  See below:

35. Health care penalty a. You 1152 + b. Spouse 0– c. Fed. health care penalty 0 35 1152

I need to pay the penalty $1152. What can I do to remove it?

You'll need to go back through the Health Insurance section and review your entries. Answer all the interview questions, then run the review again.
