Importing 1099 from Schwab

Getting the message: "The import was unsuccessful. There isn't any tax-related info to import right now..."

Called Schwab who said all settings on my account are correct and the problem is TT. Anyone seen this error on Schwab or any other institution?

I have the same problem, it says the internet is crossing lines.
