I recently mailed in my 2016 taxes for New Jersey to your Kanas location.. How do I continue to complete the process of Filing my 2016 taxes? and is it possible to do so at this time of the year?

Who is "your" in your phrase, "your Kansas Location". The IRS has a mailing address in Kansas, as I'm sure the Kansas Department of Taxation also has a mailing address in Kansas. But TurboTax does not.

Now if you mailed your tax return, then you have completed filing your taxes. All you have left to do is to wait for your refund, assuming you have a refund coming.
