Where can I enter my quarterly taxes that I already paid? 2017

Where can I put in the amounts that I paid for my quarterly taxes as an independent contractor? The prepopulated self employment tax is way less than what I paid in quarterly taxes for the year, and I didn't see anything that mentioned the 1040. 

It is saying we owe $12,000, but my husband has paid his quarterly taxes religiously. I don't know where to input the figures showing what he paid, since he is not a farmer. The step by step is referring to farming, and I am confused.

Enter your 2017 estimated tax payments in the section, 'Estimates and other taxes Paid'.
