Retrieve my 2016 tax returm

I'm trying to amend my '16 taxes, but when I try to find them on my pc, I can't find them.  the pdf file is there, just not the digital file, how can I find /get a copy of my digital file of my '16 taxes?

Did you use the online version of TurboTax 2016 to file your 2016 tax return last year? If so, then you need to log in using the same exact credentials used to complete and file your 2016 tax return.

I did use the online version and I also used the same credentials to sign in but they are not to be found. Does TT have an 800# I can use? I can't seem to find and #'s for them on their site.
