Do I need to send a 1040-V with a check if I signed up for direct withdrawal?

I can't seem to find a concrete answer to this...

I set up an initial down payment for my federal with a payment plan after. I entered in my bank account info for direct withdrawal. I get to the end and it is telling me I need to print a 1040-v and send a check?

Do I need to send a check or will it be taken out of my checking account?

Payment plans can take up to 30 days for approval, so do send an initial payment with your return. You can use the 1040-V voucher or pay directly on the IRS Website.
