Hello, As outlined here... https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/after-you-file/discussion/re-never-got-my-2017-state-tax-refund-failed-to-sign-paperwork-before-submitting/01/24754#M4448 I just printed out my 2017 tax return, and I need to mail it to the California Franchise Tax Board, because when I originally mailed it in, I forgot to sign the documents. Can somebody please tell me which specific address I should send it to? I'm sure there's an address listed on the CA FTB Web site, but I suspect they have more than one address, and there might be a suite number or department name I should include for my particular issue. Also, is there anything in particular I should say in my cover letter in order to make this as simple as possible for the folks who open the mail to understand? Thank you!

Hello, 2017 was the first year I did my taxes via TurboTax, so I was required to print out my paperwork and physically mail the forms in. I know I forgot to sign the forms, because the federal government sent my federal tax submission back to me so I could sign and re-submit the paperwork. I did get my federal tax refund, but I never got my state tax refund. The state of California never contacted me to say I had failed to sign my paperwork, but I assume this must be what happened. So, what do I do about this? I don't know who to contact at the state of California to see about getting my money. Is this something the folks at Intuit/TurboTax could help me with? Thank you!
