I have always felt i should be given a W-2 but I guess they consider us independent contractors

I have the same issue with material provided, accounting method, and required to file 1099.I do not have any of those boxes on my 1099-MISC

I work for a current employer.They do not provide a W-2. just a 1099-MISC
