I agree 100%. Maybe a Class action Lawsuit is in order to get TT to honor their guarantee plus interest.

I will file with the Attorney General here in Minnesota, but I'm not real hopeful because he is a crook.

They won't admit to the error thus no guarantee and no refund of Turbo Tax fees

For more than 20 years I depended on Turbo Tax, but apparently they have lost their way and refuse to admit to the glitch.

The same thing happened to me. Turbo Tax refuses to admit to the glitch.
