I should add there still isn't anyplace to enter my actual estimated payments and date of payment for Colorado...at least not that I can find.

Nope, those steps do not exist for the Colorado tax entry. However, I just found a solution by selecting OTHER SITUATIONS and then UNDERPAYMENT INTEREST. After ...
