I did all the proper steps, and when I e-filed, the program showed that the credit was applied, but my credit card statement shows I was charged the full amount...

When I contacted CostCo, they said that this is a TurbotTax program problem, so I will try them again.

I called TurboTax Support, and was told I had to contact CostCo (where I purchased the software) to resolve the problem. I will try that next.

I had the same problem. On a Mac with Apple silicon, running the latest OS. When I tried to import last year's return, the continue button did nothing but beep....
