I have done all that several times and still is incorrect. It asks me to check the box when none of the exceptions are met.

Solved Re: When are California LLC forms going to be final?

Its Feb 17 and I still get the same error where I am not allowed to efile even though I dont meet any of the exclusions listed. This is frustrating.

Do you know what you did because I am having the same issue that I should be able to efile 568 since I dont meet any of the exceptions but its not letting me.
