Same thing here! First it said the update was on 2/8, now it's saying 2/23 and then mistakenly references Illinois (not MA). This is getting ridiculous!
I'm an online user. The update should have been automatic. My refund amount did change by $50, and then I refiled. It was rejected again with the same error cod...
