Hello. I am an Enrolled Agent and have almost 20 years of tax experience. I have been with TurboTax since 2021. Helping others thru the tax process is something I truly enjoy. When I have down time I enjoy raising Nigerian Goats on my farm, making goat milk soap, and anything outdoors including camping. I currently have a small farm located in the hills of Kentucky. Also you can research property on county website ( may be a reduced value) and compare to historical values on Zillow.

You can either get an appraisal or can even speak with local real estate agents. If the property value has been adjusted lately that also can be starting point.
