This is what I used to fix my Federal. State doesn't populate and you can't override it.Please try these steps to fix the rejection issue:Login to your TurboTax...

I got the Federal form 8915F to report properly and it should have carried over to my Iowa state form 1040, but it didn't. Now I can't get the amount in my Iowa...
