I figured out the fix for this. I was entering Job related W2 expenses and that is no longer a thing, however TurboTax still has this section in the online vers...

Not at all. I've got nothing uploaded. This is happening only on the Federal. It happens when I get to the review Federal section.

This is happening in 2024. Has there not been a solution to this? I am experiencing the same issue and it is quite frustrating.
