I did mine on FEB 2. I deleted the form first and then filled it out using the step by step. FED and State both approved. Mine was a heat pump install.
I tried to use the form version. Unfortunately, the worksheet for the form is blocked and can only be used by overriding each entry. Doing that makes me nervous...
