I have turbotax premier desktop version and didn't update it until Sunday March 20th (not sure if there was a fix on the 19th), but my fed N state was accepted ...
March 31st is already unacceptable for Form 1116 Schedule B completion...but not be able to efile that's the worse!! I hope they provide us an update soon amend...
