I did steps 1-5 below and still get the same message. I cannot see any 8915 forms on my forms list. What can I do to solve this? Thanks, JoAnn

It says I have either Form 8915A, B, C, or D. Qualified Disaster retirement Plan Distribution. But none of those are listed under Forms in My Return
