It was resolved on TT Premier for my Mac OS...you have to save, close and reopen...TT then installs an update and you should be good to file.

Teresa,This is not resolved...I signed up for the updates, but have received nothing as of yet. This also not a state issue, but a Federal filing issue.Thanks!

I am still seeing this error and it is now well past 17 Feb. Any updates on fixed/updates to TurboTax so that we can file our taxes?
