Since both my iMac and backup are encrypted I will not use the password for the file. I have enough encryption to feel comfortable. Thank you all for your sugge...

Yes I tried the simple 1-9 and no still have the same problem. Believe it has to do with the OS level I am running.

Yes, I am. I do have my device data encrypted on my iMac also.

Did clear my browser turned off my virus checker and still no luck.
