Putting just $1 in Box 1 doesn't work because it says that the tax withheld is greater than or equal to $1. Am I supposed to add $1 to whatever my tax withheld ...

What do we put in the first box where it says "Received from"? Any bank? Or like name it Unemployment?

Hi,I have the same problem with E-filing my unemployment tax withheld. Where do you go to enter $1 to either other income or interest?Thanks.
