Hi,Thanks for the reply, but what the W2 is stating is not the dollar amount, but the plan #.Was looking for instructions if this needs to be entered in the tax...

Hi,based on your example, BOX 16 would be $200, as the ‘other cafe 125’ figures as N/A for the state one, therefore is not being substracted like in BOX 1.Thank...
