it actually says that SS # of an individual claimed as a dependent could be wrong. I downloaded my return and it is actually correct. I e-filed.notice cp-12

Was not able to get through by phone. Says they are too overwhelmed to handle the call? What else can I do? Does having turbotax pro help me out any?
