I expect you are referring to a 1099-B form. If so, that would be sent to you from where your investment account is held, such as Fidelity, Morgan Stanley, etc.
Update: I reported this to TT Tech Support. They escalated to second level support. A ticket was opened with their IT department to investigate further.
