I have a file "2020Transcript" in IRS that I can log in and see what is there. It shows I have a surplus. I want to transfer this surplus into my taxes for 2022...

My Transcript 2020 shows a negative balance which I understand is a credit. I would like to transfer this credit into my tax year 2022. How do I do this?
