Ok, issue solved - in the Dependent section, she still had her ITIN instead of her SSN, so it wasn't considering her as a dependent.Thank you!

Agreed, that's exactly what I thought... I did effectively receive only 2400 + 1200 from the IRS, and I have tried to claim the difference 2 times with TurboTax...
