I think I checked on the 'my spouse can be declared dependent by somebody'I was filing 'married joint'it was checked after I went through the whole process =(

what would be the best solution to file a late return right now?Since I do not owe IRS anything.

FYI my wife does not work.And I have to get +8k in tax return.

I believe it was to change my wife's status.from my dependent to something else.I thought my wife and my kids would be my dependent.Form-check said I had no err...
