I am preparing my 2020 taxes in TurboTax..when I put the second Stimulus check amount in I go from getting a tax refund from IRS to owing, which was about a $12...

I filed my 2019 tax return by mail on 2/13/2020 and I haven't received my Federal Tax Refund. The IRS is not open for phone calls. What should I do?
