Re: COVID payment. Problems after filing with TurboTax

I'm getting payment status in unavailable message. I know I do meet eligibility for the stimulus package so I've been very confused.

Thank you for the quick response. I have no reason to believe I would be ineligible and when I do go to check my status through the nonfiler portal it says that...

I have tried to do that but I get sent to a payment status unavailable page.
