Thank you for the feed back.Correct.My ex is remarried and filing MFJ.Will I then leave the dependents section blank or is there a different place to enter them...

Note- the kids lived with both parents throughout the year, however according to Tax purposes I would be custodial since they stayed a few nights more

non custodial parent (filed married-joint) has already filed returns claiming the children as dependents (and has the 8332 form).custodial parent is now trying ...
