Even if you went through TPG, it was a one time authorization. It was a separate form that got submitted. If you look at your 1040 your banking information info...

Where? It mentions Santa Barbara issued not Green Dot

The odd part of that says for cards through Santa Barbara TPG. Turbo Card is GreenDot.
