I have done that already and a few days ago they added an automatic message saying that you can't get a live person now.I am obviously not going to get any help...

When I use your app it says ACCEPTEDwhen I use the IRS website & app it says it is still being processed

I filed and it was accepted on 2/17/2020. It's now 4/4/2020.....in 13 days it will have been 2 months!!!!!! This is serious.
