i don't see my 2020 turbotax file forms in my library

HELP I need to talk to someone

turbo tax has blocked my computer so I cannot do ANYTHING. I was trying to get the 2018 tax file open to get the ending figures from that file.

this line of questioning is preposterous!! I will try to reload my purchased disc.

I inserted my disc then turbo tax connected with my computer online. That was not what I expected.
