I am still having the problem.I've uninstalled TurboTax and reinstalledI've manually deleted files.Still stuck in the INFINITE LOOP.Not happy.

I agree.I am trying to do my state taxes, paid for the second state.Now the program is locked in a loop where I click "START", the program goes through a cycle ...
